MY STORY
I am a multimedia journalist, podcast producer, storyteller and presenter working across audio and digital for SBS News in Sydney, mainly producing local content on a range of social issues, as well as producing daily national and international news and podcast specials.
My work has won multiple award and finalist commendations in Australia and internationally and I am regularly asked to judge various international and Australian podcast competitions.​

2018 - Winner best feature Older People Speak Out Awards for a story on a surrogate grandparents program.
2016 I produced a ten part cross-platform series profiling ten migrant communities in Australia as part of SBS Radio's 40th anniversary. The series made the finals shortlist for the NSW Premier's Multicultural Media Awards 2016.
2013 - Luminous Award for a story about an innovative cancer prevention program.
2012 - Finalist radio current affairs category 2012 Kennedy awards for Excellence in NSW.
2010 - Older People Speak Out award for a story about problem gambling.
2009 - A Silver Medal at the New York Radio Festivals in 2009 for a story on child migrants.
2006-2009 - Iran Radio Festival Award, Mental Health Matters award.
2004 - Third Coast Audio Festival award for story on migrants in Greece

I have worked across all parts of audio production from live radio to podcasting, producing everything from long-form audio documentaries, miniseries to lifestyle segments. Along with SBS my work has also been broadcast on WBEZ in Chicago and the ABC.
I also spent a number of years as a television reporter for SBS World News.
